  • Analysis and troubleshooting of system errors
  • Documentation of systems and processes as well as adaptation and optimisation of existing processes
  • Familiarisation with new topics and products as well as participation in projects


Required qualifications:

  • Successfully completed studies in computer science or comparable education or training in information technology.
  • Profound knowledge in the field of user support.
  • Knowledge of the administration of complex systems under consideration of IT standards.
  • Solid Windows 10 knowledge.
  • Knowledge of PowerShell, SCCM, SQL, antivirus and encryption software are an advantage.
  • Reliable language skills in German and English.
  • Organisational and communicative skills, independent work, a marked willingness to provide services and a strong focus to the customer.
